The Director of Facilities provides senior operational leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on supervision for the Facilities Department, which encompasses Capital Projects, Building Maintenance, Grounds & Landscaping, Custodial/Housekeeping Services, Campus Events Logistics, and Transportation/Fleet Management. This role directly manages key department leadership—including a Facility Manager, Event & Customer Service Manager, Operations Coordinator and Housekeeping Manager and an extended frontline team of 20+ team members.
