Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Management of Physical Plant operations in the absence of the Director of Facilities Services & Operations.
Oversees the operations and staff of multiple FM shops, including Custodial, Grounds, Garage, Signs & Keys, Move & Events and Maintenance & Construction.
Directs personnel management for those under his/her purview, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Ensures the quality of customer service and responsiveness of maintenance and operation support to University community.
