Facilities Management

CSUMB Facilities Management Department keeps our campus running—maintaining buildings and classrooms, caring for our coastal grounds, and managing sustainable operations. From routine repairs and custodial care to utilities, landscaping, and preventive maintenance, our team works behind the scenes so teaching, research, and student life can thrive. We also plan and deliver capital improvements, support events and moves, and lead initiatives that reduce energy and water use, improve accessibility, and advance campus sustainability goals. Every service request is handled with safety, responsiveness, and stewardship in mind—because a clean, reliable, and welcoming campus is essential to the CSUMB experience.
