WCTC's Facility department is excited to be hiring for a Project Manager - Construction. This position manages capital construction, renovation, and remodeling projects across the district’s multi-campus portfolio from planning through closeout. Responsible for independent project leadership including scope development, schedule creation and enforcement, budget management, contractor oversight, risk mitigation, and compliance with applicable state and federal requirements. Works collaboratively with the Executive Director of Facilities on major capital initiatives, procurement strategy, sustainability goals, and external stakeholder relationships. Ensures construction activities support campus operations, safety, and continuity of academic programs.
