We are seeking an Associate Director of Residential Facilities  who will be a key leader within the Residential Facilities program in On-Campus Living. This position. Key responsibilities include supervising professional staff, working directly with John Hopkins Facilities and Real Estate (JHFRE), assist in the development of short- and long-range renewal and replacement schedules, collaborating to ensure proper execution of the Maintenance Improvement Plan (MIP) and work with the Director of Residential Facilities to develop a comprehensive capital plan for all residential facilities. Additionally, this position will lead all efforts regarding access, security and residential key management including residential card access.
