This position plans, directs, and coordinates the daily operations of custodial services to ensure a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in alignment with APPA standards. This position is responsible for managing 30+ staff, a comprehensive budget, equipment, supplies, work order systems, and specialized cleaning protocols for research laboratories, healthcare areas, and educational facilities.
