Position: The Director of Facilities Management provides strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for all campus facilities operations across the College’s multiple locations totaling approximately 450,000 square feet. The Director is responsible for the comprehensive management of custodial services, grounds maintenance, mail services, fleet operations, maintenance services, preventative maintenance, special projects and other duties as assigned. Working closely with the Executive Director Facilities Planning Construction and Facilities Operations, this position develops and implements long-range facilities plans aligned with institutional priorities, ensures regulatory compliance, oversees budgeting and financial stewardship, and fosters a culture of safety, customer service, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
