POSITION: Reporting to the Executive Director for Housing and Residential life, the Senior Director for Housing Facilities Management provides leadership, operational management, and planning for an expanding portfolio of residential complexes consisting of multiple buildings. The Senior Director is responsible for the maintenance and facility operations of all residential housing units through managing relationships with various third-party facility management contractors, building safety/security, emergency planning, and capital planning to address deferred maintenance and ongoing facility-related improvements.
